Module Two - Your Ceremony and Receiving Your Mantra

The heart of the course. You'll be guided through a sacred ceremony - honouring the Vedic sages who carried this practice across millennia. Then receive your unique personal mantra, sent to you separately by email, calculated from your exact date, time, and place of birth. This is the moment the practice becomes yours. Your mantra is yours for life.


Module Three - Perfecting Your Practice

The practical foundations of a sustainable daily practice. When to meditate, how long for, how to use your mantra, what to expect during meditation, how to handle thoughts and interruptions, and how to deepen your practice over time. No perfect morning required. No rigid rules. Meditation is soft, easy, and effortless.


Module Four - Higher States of Consciousness

A note from me

Why I built this

For years I tried to meditate and gave up. Tried again, gave up again. I couldn't switch off my thoughts and assumed that meant I was failing. I found it uncomfortable, frustrating, and honestly a bit pointless. So I kept stopping.

Meanwhile I was someone who suffered with anxiety, overwhelm, and a constant stream of negative thoughts. I just didn't know there was another way.

Then I found Primordial Sound Meditation. And everything changed.

Not because it was magic. Because for the first time I understood what meditation actually is and what it isn't. Thoughts aren't failure. Silence isn't the goal. And having a mantra that's genuinely yours makes all the difference.

The shift in my anxiety, overwhelm, the relationship with my own mind - it was real and it was significant. I became so passionate about what this practice had given me that I trained and became certified as a Primordial Sound Meditation Mentor through the Gaja Collective because I wanted to share it. If it could do this for someone like me - someone who had tried and failed to meditate more times than I could count - I knew it could work for anyone.

I built this course for the person who's been curious but keeps giving up. Who thinks they can't meditate. Who hasn't found the right starting point yet.
